Repurposing a plastic bag holder/dispencer

In the never ending quest to get organized and reduce/reuse/recycle, I have repurposed a plastic bag dispencer to holding microfiber cloths and towels in my kitchen. I have mounted it on the inside of a cabinet door, making it easily accessible. This pretty much eliminates my need for paper towels, as I use these to wipe up counters and clean up spills. At the end of the day, I simply place these towels in a small laundry basket to be washed. I wash them only with detergent (no fabric softner as it decreases the effectiveness of the microfiber).  I have a sanitary cycle on my LG front loader, but if you don't, just make sure to wash on the highest temperature setting to kill any bacteria.

First post

This project has been inspired by a very good friend of mine, who thinks I'm well organized and have my act together. I must admit for me it is a daily struggle, but I'm flattered that my hard work is starting to show. I'll be posting tips and tools that I have found to help me keep my ADD under control and function in a pretty organized fashion. Everything from keeping up with housework to succeeding at the office, this blog is meant to be a record of some of the best things that work for me. I hope that it helps you, too.
